extremely cute!!!
I can tell that you are a nutrition conscious Mommy. How many 4 year olds know what fiber is? =o)
Well, I taught Samuel about fiber because he was having trouble with constipation. He’d sit on the toilet carrying on, crying, screaming, and saying, “It hurts! It hurts!” I’d have to hold him in a squatting position on the seat and encourage him like a labor and birth coach in order to get him to empty his bowels. I was pretty sure the problem was that he refused to eat most food containing fiber, so I started to talk to him about fiber, explaining that it would help him go poop without it hurting. That was all the motivation it took for him to start eating his veggies and unpeeled apples, and he hasn’t been constipated in months!
